Menu B($75) - Ichijyu Sansai
Set menu consisting of rice, soup, fish/meat for the main dish and two vegetable side dishes. A healthy meal that can be served for dinner . The basics such as preparing fish stock, steaming rice and other essentials will be taught as well as presentation of the meal.
Menu C($85~) - Themed Menu
Learn 2 to 3 dishes base on a theme. For example, dishes where pork, beef, etc… are used as the main ingredient.
