At Atelier KOINU, we believe that cooking lessons are most effective by using a hands on approach. Rather than provide purely instructional sessions, our lessons will allow participants to partake in the actual preparation and cooking.

  Menu A($65) - Bento

  Lunch in a box. Well balanced food consisting of the various food groups (rics, fish/meat, vegetables). An alternative healthy lunch to eating out everyday!

  Menu B($70) - Ichijyu Sansai

  Set menu consisting of rice, soup, fish/meat for the main dish and two vegetable side dishes. A healthy meal that can be served for dinner . The basics such as preparing fish stock, steaming rice and other essentials will be taught as well as presentation of the meal.

  Menu C($80) - Themed Menu

  Learn 2 to 3 dishes base on a theme. For example, dishes where pork, beef, etc… are used as the main ingredient.
